Firstsalute.com is a Veteran owned and oriented family business. We provide quality coins at competitive prices and provide excellent service for our customers. We are also the only supplier of Customized First Salute Coins in the entire United States.
It is our pleasure and honor to serve the military community.
Whether you are a seasoned Veteran, a soon to be or newly commissioned officer, or dedicated NCO, you will receive the same commitment to service and quality that we provide all our customers.
Our headquarters is located in the Cascade foothills of the southern Umpqua Valley here in Oregon.
Meet the team!
Our team is comprised of 2 people;
Andrew Reed: Andrew is the chief buyer, broker, and operations manager. Andrew has a peculiar passion for coins and antiques in general. The Military Lineage of Andrew's family traces all the way back to the field at Bannockburn.
Originally enlisted in the Army in 2003 as a 19K Armor Crewman. Andrew went on to earn his commission in 2008 after graduating from the University of Oregon as an Army Green-to-Gold cadet.
Andrew has two Iraq deployments under his belt; OIF III with the 3rd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment of 3ID, and OIF IX with the 1st Squadron, 82 Calvary Regiment and one Afghanistan deployment with the 2nd Battalion 162nd Infantry Regiment. Andrew is now currently retired from the Army.
Lisa Reed: Lisa is the spouse of Andrew and handles the day to day operations at our physical location, including sales and shipping. So far she has nearly 9 years under her belt as a military spouse, and has kept things together on the home front and business end during Andrew’s deployments.
