When it comes to returns, we got you covered.
We make every effort to ensure you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase but if things do not work out we are happy to accept a return and issue a refund.
A few guidelines that help on this;
Please contact us at andy@firstsalute.com to request your return and we will also see if we can find a potential workaround for the issue you are having. (For instance if a coin stand arrives cracked, we can just possibly send you a replacement stand.)
We refund only the price of your item but will refund shipping costs up to an amount of three dollars. The reason we had to started doing this instead of refunding all shipping as well is because there have been a number of cases where customers paid for express shipping (25 bucks) and then they shipped the return priority mail (7 bucks) and then wanted a refund on the shipping which turned out to be double the price of the item they purchased. We are a small business, please understand these costs can add up quickly for us!
Please, if you choose express shipping you should get your order in 3 days or less but please ensure you plan ahead for your commissioning and give yourself a at least a few weeks lead time!
